Thank you for considering using our dating company “M8S ONLINE”. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Company's website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact us.
USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services. By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.

- use the Service in order to damage M8S
- spam, solicit money from or defraud any members.

- bully, "stalk", intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
- post any Content that violates or infringes anyone's rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.
- post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
- post any Content that incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
- post any Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
- solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members or disseminate another person's personal information without his or her permission.
- use another member's account, share an account with another member, or maintain more than one account.
- create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.
M8S reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a way that M8S regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service. In addition, in certain instances, we may terminate your account for violating the applicable terms of any of the M8S Online Limited businesses
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Services for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Company.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in "Settings" in the Service. However, if you use a third party payment account such as Apple’s App Store or iTunes Store, as applicable (“App Store '') or the Google Play Store, you will need to manage in app purchases through such an account to avoid additional billing. M8S may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.
